"I am a new customer. I made my appointment on line. When I got there I was greeted by a guy named Mike. He had my paperwork ready. He explained the inspection that they would do, told me he would call me by 10:00am and he did. I needed brakes. I feel as though the prices are good and I got only what I needed and no extra stuff. I normally do not do reviews but this place just seams special. I hung around for a few minutes before they gave me a ride to work and I watched other customers checking in. Once again I was impressed. The paperwork was already prepared for every customer that had an appointment. These are very nice people and I will return. Kevin D"

"For nearly twenty years I have been relying on Brach's to deal with the problems I've had with four cars and two vans. I've kept coming back for two primary reasons...1. They are experts at their trade and, 2. They are honest and can be trusted.
They have always completed every job, whether small or large, quickly and correctly, and provided a through explanation of what was done and why. In addition to the reminders they send regarding routine maintenance, they have also done things such as checking out a used car (at no charge) and advising me of potential problems that may develop in the future.
These folks have a great service attitude. You will never be made to feel you've asked a silly question and or be met with anything but a pleasant demeanor. No one looks forward to taking their car in, but the fact that I know I will be dealing with Brach's makes the experience much more positive.
It's hard to find an honest and skilled mechanic you can trust. I have. They have my highest recommendation."
