"After I started my vehicle that was parked at the airport for several days I noticed that it was running really rough. As luck would have it my manufacture warrant had expired 5 months prior so I called Eastside Bavarian. I spoke to Ken while I drove (bluetooth) and he recommended I pull over, turn the car off for a few minutes and restart it. He mentioned that it could have been some issue that they've run across and sometimes this would correct itself. I know that if I had called Bellevue BMW they would have not suggested anything other than to bring the vehicle in and let the bill start racking up. I appreciated Ken's understanding from the customers side not just as a shop owner trying to fill their shop for business. It was about 2 pm when this all began. I made it to Eastside Bavarian by 2:30 pm. by 3 they had diagnosed the problem (s). I thought to myself that there is no way they'd be able to make the repairs by 5 pm and that I would need to make arrangements for a ride. To my surprise, Ken had anticipated what the issue could have been and ordered the part from his parts supplier prior to my arrival! How's that for service! They were done with my car by 4:30 pm! 2 of the 3 issues were addressed and serviced all within 2 hours! This shop will service my vehicle from now on!"
