"Family-owned repair shop that is honest and very professional. They do not advertise and rely on word-of-mouth, which is how I heard about them five years ago. I have had very good service with emissions repair, brakes, suspension and electrical issues. This shop originally won my business when a neighbor recommended them and they solved a brake and emissions issue. Since then I have returned and trust them for all repairs. Ken, the owner, is very forthright in diagnosing and repair costs have always come in at the price quoted. He will also tell you when a repair is out of his scope of expertise. Recently, I had a transmission that needed rebuilding and Krafftkare said they couldn't do it- transmissions are not their specialty. Some shops take your business, sub out the work and collect a fee. Also, they will call a few days after a repair to make sure you are satisfied with the repair Very competent and honest shop"
