"I had an idea of my car's issue and they confirmed that with no unnecessary services tacked on. They promptly called me and completed the work in less than a day. My only issue and the reason I did not give them a 5 rating is the cost of the replacement parts seem substantially above retail which I researched online. A reasonable markup is expected and I do not begrudge that but my markup appeared to be 75% whereas I would think a reasonable amount to be15-20%. In my mind the rental car and good service do make up for that issue however."

"I was very pleased with the lady that took the information about my car and problems I was having. She was very knowledgable and great to deal with. I had left my car over night for the service dept. to check out my car's problems. I was extremely pleased with how quickly I heard back from the service dept. the next morning. The service dept talked over the problems and completed the work quickly. I had my car back that afternoon. I was very pleased. I was also, pleased that it is a AAA service center and I was given a discount because I am a member. As a lady I tend to fear auto shops might try to take me, but I was very pleased and felt that I could trust the service dept at Snellville Auto Center. They completed the work for a very fair price and did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. I felt very confident having my car worked on here and will continue to bring my car here in the future."
