"I found them to be very straight forward and honest and didn't feel like they were trying to talk me into doing anything that didn't really need to be done. Even my wife had a positive experience when she took her car in for an oil change. The last auto shop we went to for an oil change spent the first 30 minutes coming in and telling her all the things that were wrong with the car and that really needed to be fixed (none of which were actually problems and over a year later still nothing wrong with the things they said were needing replaced). Long story short, she was nervous to take the car into another auto shop for an oil change, but came home from Heritage Auto talking about how friendly and respectful everyone was and was very glad that I had sent her there. After living in Idaho for 20+ years I can finally say I have found my auto mechanic!"

I was recently in an accident and just had the body work done at East Coast. Tom was very helpful by taking a look at the car before I went to see the adjuster.
