"WOW! I haven't experienced this level of service in so long I can't remember . The staff is friendly, curtious, and attentive. I was selling my 04 BMW to an out of town buyer which had flown in Friday and driving the car back on Saturday. I thought my car was perfect but come to find out after the test drive the lower radiator hose began to leak go figure, an embarrassing situation to say the least since I had portrayed the car to be in mint condition. It was late Friday afternoon and I needed it done quick to save the sale and get the buyer on the road by Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Martin and he assured me they would do everything possible to have the car ready for Saturday. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised when he called me late Saturday morning and said it was ready, I figured it would be later that day before I got it back. Kudos to Martin and the entire staff at Craig's Car Care for the quick turn around and for bailing me out of a tight spot, you have earned yourself another customer for life!"
