"Bad car, good experience. Had sister in laws car taken there for engine running badly. Diagnostics charge was reasonable, they worked with us on price of repairs, and replaced some parts. As it turned out engine had 2 bad cylinders (probably bad valves) and since it was an older car it wasn't worth fixing. We left satisfied with their work and NOT charged for anything more than the diagnostic fee."

"I brought my car in because one of the power windows broke. They were super friendly, beginning with the first phone call I made to them. They had to order the part, so the car was not ready on the first day. They gave me a loaner car so I could get around in the meantime. When I inquired as to the broken part, and exactly how it worked in my car, they showed me this awesome computer program that clearly explained the repair and the part itself. I will be a return customer in the future!"

"The folks at Snellville Auto always treat me like family! They always do a great job on whatever maintenance or repairs I need, and they are always willing to do a preventative check up on my car and let me know whether it has a ""clean bill of health"". They always let me know ahead of time when it looks like my car might need some work in the near future, so that I'm not surprised when that pesky ""check engine"" light comes on. They also never pressure anyone into spending more money| if they see something that needs work, they give you a record of that and let YOU decide when (or if) you have them take care of it. On top of everything, the whole staff there are amazingly friendly and godly people who will give you coffee and good conversation while you wait!"
