"My BMW's door was making a loud noise everytime it wad opened half-way. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix the door so quickly. They double-checked the driver-side door too and found it was about to do the same thing and fixed it before the symptoms occurred. Best part: free of charge! As a comparison, the BMW dealership was going to charge me some x dollars for diagnosis, plus labor and parts.
I was debating before whether I should take the long drive to Eastside Bavarian from Redmond or just take it to a local shop. I'm glad I took it there. They certainly have me as a customer till I own my BMW."
