"I have an older Jaguar which I have taken very good care of all of its life. It's my baby. When she went over 100,000 miles, I took her to my regular mechanic (who shall remain nameless) and told him to give the car a complete going over. They changed the oil, refilled the window washer and said it was good to go. At 103,000 a tire seperated and the check engine light came on. I took the car to Jimmy's this time. Yes, it cost me a lot of money, but they took care of the problems I was having AND did the inspection and service which the other mechanic should have done 3,000 miles sooner! They also called me and discussed what they were doing each step of the way, going just that little step farther than most. They were polite enough not to say anything bad about the previous mechanic's failure to do his job properly, they left that for me to figure out all by myself. Now my baby has new shoes ... I mean tires ... and is ready for her next 100,000. My only complaint is they say the car is "tan". Tan? Hey guys, this little cat is shiny GOLD!"

"Frank, Service was great as always.This was the first time I used the ride home and was very nice and quick. Call with items found was quick and informative. I was called at about 4:45 saying vehicle would be ready for pick up at 5:30. I was unable to make it and showed up first thing the next morning to pick my vehicle up. They settled my bill and reviewed work that had been done. When I got the car the car had clearly not been washed and there were oil hand smudges all over the dash and carpet trim on passenger side and on gear shift.This is my first experience with this and was in a rush to get to work so did not go back in to complain. I have been a long time customer and have and will continue to refer friends and clients. Thank you, Dave Grant"
