"I always get paranoid that auto mechanics might try to overcharge me or con me into doing unnecessary repairs, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found the mechanics at Hillside Auto to be honest about what I really needed done and they repaired my car under the estimated cost.The staff were pleasant and gave me a courtesy ride home, and they even repaired my car well ahead of schedule after I told them I was supposed to leave town early. The staff even cleaned my car a courtesy! I will probably bring my car back to this mechanic again if I am in the area."

"Great Service, fast and efficient. I'm from out of the area. My car broke down and I had AAA to it to Preferred Auto Center as it is an AAA approved repair shop. They identified the problem quickly (unfortunately a cracked radiator), got the parts, repaired it and had me on my way in a few hours. I didn't have time to shop around for comparative prices at the time, but after checking into it afterwards, I'm comfortable with the fact that they were more than fair with the price they charged. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, considering the circumstances."
