"I went to Frank's with an issue with my car, by recommendation. When I got there Frank was very friendly and patient with my issue. My car was covered under the warranty, so they advised me to take the car back to the dealership for service. Even though I was ready to leave the car at Frank's, he did the right thing by recommending I take it to the dealer. They helped me call a towing company and were very kind and thorough in all the help they gave me.
