"I am a first time customer and found Quality Motors through a referral from work. Right out the gate when I called Mike Leeches he was friendly, accommodating, pleasant and helpful. Once I was at the shop, he greeted me by my first name and had me in and out and on my way back to work within 10 minutes. The courtesy shuttle was of huge value to me and the driver was nice and courteous. Finally, as a nice surprise two things happened that I wasn't expecting - first Mike did no up-selling and just presented me with the facts and second my car was washed when I returned to pick it up.
