"This is a comment intended for you about the service. First, you have the wrong model of car listed on my service records, it is an Outback, not a Legacy. Second, I came in for an oil change and was handed a work order for a Factory Maintenance Service without anyone asking me first if that was what I wanted. In the future, I would like to have the correct information on my work orders and I would like to have the previous ones printed over with the correct information. Also, ask your customers if they would like to have additional work done first, before you write up the work order."
