"I would tell them that they are very friendly and very much qualified. I have a older model Mercedes and my technician was very knowledgeable and quite thorough. When I left them I had very good feeling about the car and felt very sure that what they repaired was done the right way."

"Knowledgeable, professional, and offered the most solutions to all issues so far compared to taking our VW bug anywhere else in SA. (Including the dealership.) They tracked down where the oil leak was coming from which no one was able to determine the origin of, offered to actually turn off the semi permanently on engine check light. Same price as changing the battery at the dealership but doubled the warranty period. Cheaper on all other repairs compared to the dealership, and I'm not sure why but the car seems to be running the smoothest it's ever ran after hitting over 100k miles. Will be taking all my cars here from no on in the future if any issues arises. Most excellent quality for customer service provided."
