"You guys are always great. Very thorough and always have good advice. Just a couple of minor suggestions. When finished with the service, always close the windows. This time of year there is pollen in the air and I try to keep the air as clean as possible. Lock the doors and hand the key to the customer. I know some people don't care and feel the vehicle is perfectly safe in the yard. However, I've learned to never leave the keys in any car, even in my own driveway! Also, please try to leave things the way they were. For some reason the radio got turned on during the oil change. Very minor stuff. Just pointing them out. No biggie."
