"I find Protime a little expensive, but every time I've taken one of our vehicles there they make a sincere effort to keep costs down. One time, when I balked at the cost of a repair, they gave me an ad hoc discount since I was a repeat customer. On our most recent visit to Protime, when I learned that the car repair would take hours, I planned to walk home from their establishment so I could work remotely. When Kevin heard this, he offered to give me a ride, since he had to run out and get tires for our repair. I've never had anything like that offered to me by a mechanic. I gratefully accepted. I've never had a problem with the quality of the work Protime does. They may be a little pricier than some mechanics, but the kindnesses and concern they've shown for me as a customer will keep me a customer. I heartily recommend them."
