"The mechanic here is great. Â My 13 year old VW GTI had its engine replaced by someone else and they screwed it up and couldn't fix it, and eventually refunded my money as they thought the job was impossible. Â But Airport got it done, and my car now runs perfectly. Â With 185k miles on it. Â He is like the car whisperer, and he is sincerely passionate about cars, especially VWs.I will agree that the women in the front office is not the most friendly or responsive, and you basically have to call them to find out what is going on with your car, but she's alright. Â For me, the quality of the mechanic and the work trumps any minor administrative flaws, but maybe that is because I have a quirky dinosaur VW."

All three businesses are staffed by good people who are both professional and genuinely interested in providing the best customer experience at their business.
I have an older BMW that I want to continue to have for a long time, and Eastside Bavarian's highly capable, professional technicians just did a maintenance service for me. The car is running better than ever. As long as there is an Eastside Bavarian, this is the only place I'd ever bring my car."
