"I am on my 3rd BMW and I have trusted Quality Motors with all three. These guys are friendly & professional. They always do what they promise and do it on time. Above all, I trust what they say and would not want to take my car(s) to anyone else."

"We took our Jeep Wrangler to a specialty 4-wheel drive shop to fix some annoying idling issues. They charged us alot to not fix the problem TWICE! After bringing our jeep to AWS, they properly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem right away. In addition, they were able to find other issues that may have caused us alot of problems if they had acted up while we were off road in remote areas. The AWS team did a great job and were very professional in their communications and updates all along. I highly recommend them."

"Eli, Thanks for doing a safe job, and keeping costs down at the same time."

"Mike and Andre were both really helpful. The car came back ready to go and beautiful."

"They do excellent work, always willing to answer questions, car ready when promised, and they treat you as a friend and not as a customer."
|
"Quick turn around for my smog check... thanks much."

"Their service makes it easy for me to get and pick up my car. I feel extrememely comfortable about the mechanical knowledge of the staff. I like to be updated about my vehicle when it is in the shop, which they do. Parts seem to be readily avlailable. Service is superior. I have sent many people there and have always had great feedback. Please open a shop near Eastern and 215."

"I am blessed to have found honest and good people for my automobile service and doubly blessed that they also do body and paint work as my car needed painting badly. They made it look like a new car and I am very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Everything was exceptional! Since my car broke down and I didn't have a scheduled appointment, I was amazed that all the work was done in about 24 hours. And while it's never fun to pay for something unexpected like this, the cost was lower than what I thought it would be. Hopefully we won't need major work again anytime soon, but if we do we know right where to go. Thank you!"

"$7.31!!! Seven dollars and thirty one cents.... Because of my experiential wisdom I am quite cynical when it comes to auto service centers. After being told via phone that the total cost (quoted prices include sales tax, which I appreciate--no "hidden costs) of my rear axle lube change job for my SUV would be$103--I drive down the driveway behind American Furniture only to find there was a misunderstanding: for what I actually needed (not a transfer case job; I'm not the most articulate spokesperson for my car problems) the total would be $131--OK, not as bad as my deep-rooted skepticism would warrant. 20 minutes later, Brian tells me that Aaron had taken a test ride to check out the noises and came up with a somewhat different diagnosis than I had imagined. After bringing me to the repair area to actually see (!!!) the underside of my vehicle and the few problems creating certain of my concerns, I was given a $7 bill for topping off the lube which was about half empty, and a printout of how to attack my problems in order of priority. "It would be pointless to change the lube now," Brian said, "given what I believe are the primary concerns." First and foremost guys (Aaron, Brian and Doogie) when I choose auto mechanics I look for Integrity. Made in America has it in spades. I'll be scheduling my top priority job sometime next week. What a welcome to the Sacramento area!"
