"Joe's was clear about my options before they tested for the problems, and had no hidden costs. When I told them the amount that Honda was going to charge, they met that price. While the primary problem was not found, they charged less then expected because of that. I find Joe's to be clear, willing to clearly explain things, and has an eye to keeping costs down, and I will be happy to sue them again"
