"Repairs not done in a timely fashion as requested and was told they would be done. I was not sure if both tires or just one needed replacing or if a 4 wheel alignment was necessary and was told I would be called to be notified what was necessary. Both tires wre replaced and a 4 wheel alignment were completed without a call. I needed to have worked completed prior to noon and I was asked why this was necessary; very unprofessional to question your customer about there personal needs. If the work coyld not be completed in my time frame that is all I needed to know."

"I recently took my car in. I really enjoyed the customer service. From the gentleman at the front desk to the gentleman that took me to work and picked me up. They took me to work in time and picked me up from work in time. What I really noticed that meant so much was when I picked my car on a hot day, they put a bottle of water in my car. It's the little things that go unnoticed!"

"People congenial and service was handled same day as I took my car in. I was a little disappointed with price quotes notary chinch the final bill. Started out T possibly $119 as a tease. Then told $368, once they tore into the car. I was ok with that. Then at time of pick up of my car, the final bill was 424.00. They had not added in the tax, etc. just s hard poll to swallow. Service was great!"
