"I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 because the receptionist said something that really annoyed me. I know she was kidding, but she insinuated that my shocks are worn out from running over curbs. My car has almost 90k miles on it and has never had the shocks replaced. They are worn because they're old. I don't run over curbs even on an occasional basis, thank you very much. The over-sensitive feminist in me brewed about it for the rest of the day. Putting that aside, the mechanics did a great job changing the oil and rotating the tires on my car. It had a serious steering wobble and they were able to fix it and recommended future service my car was due for. The best part was they put zero pressure on me to bring it back in on anything but my own terms. The mechanics didn't give me a hard time about the wear and tear or even scold me for going 3k over the recommended mileage for my oil change, all things I've experienced at other service shops. I'll be going back!"
