I have been with Boyd's for many years now and am always confident that my problems will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.This week was no exception. "I took my car here for a diagnostic on a brake light that had popped up in my dashboard. After calling a number of places, German Auto Sport was the only place that I found where I could get the diagnostic for free. After the owner ran the machine, the issue seemed to be trivial, so he just cleared it and told me to come back if the light came back on. I appreciate the owner's honesty. He was also a funny guy to talk to."

"Great and thorough diagnostic services, but labor pricing is ridiculous. Shop wanted to charge me $90.00 labor to install an timing viewing port O-Ring. The port has only 2 screws and It took me 5 minutes to do it myself. I also made a reservation for services expected, but the shop fell through on being timely. They took 3 extra days to get the car done."
