"I have had a MINI for about 5 years now. Never in that time did I go to the right mechanic until NOW. I was fortunate to have someone from Audi refer the dynamic duo Chris and Gary to me when I had 48,292,392 million problems with my extremely modded MINI. (That therein lies the problem already). I had to keep my MINI there for a month, and even had to take it back once more when my spark plug blew out my car. Chris and Gary were extremely informative (not generic like how most mechanics are) and REALLY knew about the MINI inside and out. They did not only know their stuff, but were extremely caring and helpful in letting me know how to handle my monster issue of a car. They were extremely patient and really dove into each problem of the car with extreme curiousness and determination to figure out what the hell is wrong with it. I had ECU problems, software problems, exhaust problems, and I think I originally took it in because it was running too lean. When I got my car towed, Chris took the initiative to make sure the tow guy hitched it correctly because hell if I knew the right way. Point is, they're your neighborhood mechanics. Caring, concerned, well-informed, trustworthy, reliable, and certain. I just bought a new Hyundai and am sad I won't have to go to them again =( Only downfall I have to mention is that it is hard to contact them by phone. But that is only because they're so darn good and always busy with influx and returning customers. They're funner in person anyway. ;) Thanks guys!"

"Excellent service and professionalism. Prices quoted were higher than other local shops $1000 vs $800 for timing belt job, but the overall end price for all work performed was fair. Service was fairly quick, and they were able to perform a non-standard repair (fishing out a broken screwdriver from inside my engine -- don't ask...). They really saved my a**! Plus they did a courtesy carwash!"
