"What a breath of fresh air!!! I found a great local service place I will always go to... Before finding Airport Automotive, I always went to the Toyota dealership for service with miserable experiences... My 90,000 mile service was due, and so I set up an appointment with the Toyota dealership for my 90K tuneup, of which I went in, and immediately was bombarded with ""trying to get the sale of the service"", with scare tactics and ""gotta do it now"" tactics, without ever lifting the hood... I told them to give me my keys back, got in my car, and drove off... It was the last straw... OK, so I have to mention some of my experiences at the Toyota Dealership... 1) An oil change - forgot to put the cap back on - going down academy, burning oil from my engine - pulled over, lifted my hood, only to see oil had splattered everywhere because the cap was gone... Also noted the engine cover was missing all but one nut to hold it on (Toyota didn't own up to it), but gave me a complimentary total car clean... 2) I took my car in for a ""total car clean"", of which they held my car all day, and upon picking it up, it was not very clean... It was like a carwash and sprayed my interior with some kind of sweet smelling spray... I put my hand between the seat cushions only to see they didn't get any of the dirt that was there... I drove home only to find out all my floor mats were missing... I drove back to the dealership to see them laying outside.... 3) Upon getting a followup call from them on my service, I told them about it and said I will be going elsewhere for all my service needs, and that is when they laid on scare tactics of Toyota being a foreign car, and that I will not get correct service from a local service company, and in the long run will do more damage... So, I stayed on... My next oil change, they did the tire rotate and balance, but didn't do the balance (I was going down I-25 - on my way to Denver, and my car was shaking uncontrollable)... had to pull over, go to nearby tire shop to have them balance it... 4)"

"The service people were great, always very polite and helpful. The car could be washed better, the windshield looked dirty and dusty. For the first time ever after picking it up, the very back, truck space looked like someone looked all through it in a hurry, all contents were clearly moved around, I had a rolled sleeping bag and it was left unrolled in a total different spot than I left it, same with my workout bag and items in the very back of my suv. Was not happy and very dissappointed about that. I was shocked and called your office right away."

"Craig's car care only recommends service that is needed. Always incredibly friendly and always explain all details of the service they are performing. This is the only car repair shop I will even consider because I know they will do a good job for a fair price.
Brought my F-150 in because the gas pedal was getting stuck. They recommended a throttle body cleaning. Unfortunately it did not fix it, so I brought it back. Found out that the housing was loose and caused the throttle to catch on the housing. Wish they would have found the loose housing the first go round, but no big deal. I would still only bring my vehicle here. They even called me the next day to make sure I was no longer having problems. These guys are the best!"
