"I am one of those people who dreads taking the car into the shop. Today I went in for an oil change my first time choosing Motor Motion mind you and I've found that rare balance of informative and friendly. From the moment I got there Greg and Caleb were welcoming and genuinely interested in me as a person not a pocketbook. (They even gave me a welcome bag with truffles in it!) Long story short they were awesome and I got my car back 10 times cleaner than it was when I showed up this morning! From now on I'll be using Motor Motion for all of my mechanical needs. "I brought my car in due to an intermittent electrical problem. The issue with those types of problems is that they can be difficult to find. The technician, the service manager and even the owner (!) spent time trying to solve the issue...but were unable to get the problem to reoccur. They cared enough at that point to recommend against blindly replacing a $500 part, because they were not 100% certain that it would fix the problem. It's nice to know that they care so much about my car and my experience. That's the kind of team I want maintaining my car."
