"I never have to worry about the service done or if I had been taken in any way. Staff has always treated me with respect and honor. The only thing that I was surprised and yet disappointed with this time around, was two days after I paid for the service done to my vehicle. I was phoned to tell me that a mistake was made on my bill (labor was not added to a section of work) and that I neede to return to pay the difference for the neglegence on your part. I understand thoroughly that we all make mistakes, but it is poor customer service to call a customer back to pay more and again. My airbag light and SRS lights is still on. I've been told that usually it goes away after a few days. I am just waiting a few more days to see if it does."

They even gave me a ride home and picked me back up when my truck was ready.
