"I had several perplexing issues with my car - a T-bird. Heritage kept digging deeper to ferret out the source of the problems. Initially they fixed all but one problem and the source of that one was particularly elusive. I needed to go out of town for a couple months taking my car with me. Heritage offered to suspend my work order, holding it open until I got back so we could resolve that one remaining issue. Once I got back I brought the car in again and they took a different approach to that last problem. This new approach led them to the source and the problem was fixed for a lot less work and a lot less money than we'd initially thought it would require. Hats off to Heritage Auto Repair!"

"I am beside myself with gratitude for the genuine care, concern and excellent customer service I received from this company. I went to these guys to have brake pads put on almost a year ago and they had to replaced because of some grinding noise. After about 6 months the noise was still there so they recently put on a "top of the line brake" at no extra charge. Driving my Honda CRV feels like a luxury liner now because it's to peacefully quiet! Give this company a try, you definitely won't regret it!"
