"I brought in a classic car that had had habitual issues Sergio discussed the issues with me, advised what in his opinion needed to be done, provided estimates of the time required from auto plaza, excluding the machine shop for delivering a long block. I was amazed at the speed of the work being completed. A toe truck picked up my car at noon, by that day the engine was removed and sent for overhaul. The installation process was completed very quickly as well. I have a friend that needs his engine replaced and have already spoken to him about your service. Since my car is almost 40 years old I am sure I will need your services in the future, and I will definitely send any referrals your way as I run across them. Thanks to the crew at auto plaza you have a very satisfied customer!!"

"I had a unique situation, in that I wanted some good tires removed from my flood-damaged car, to be replaced with old tires put on it before the insurance company claimed it for salvage value. The owner had old some tires my size that he gave to me. For a nominal service call he sent one of his employees over to the car in a golf cart the next business day, with the replacement tires and a jack. The replacement tires were placed on my car and it is now ready for the insurance company to tow it away. (The insurance company gave me permission to switch out the tires as they just wanted the salvage value of the car). I appreciated the way the owner accommodated my unique needs. I had a much better experience than I did with the previous ownership a few years ago."
