"I experience the sudden appearance of a bad shake of the front left wheel with a shimmy to the steering wheel while on Rt 32 near your shop. I limped into the lot and went to the office where the car was taken promptly in the mid-afternoon of the day before Thanksgiving with the promise that the mechanics would get to it on Friday. The cause of the problem was discovered quickly and repaired at minimal cost. The problem was related to wanton vandalism to the lug nuts on the car. With such a busy weekend for a family with 6 drivers we are all surprised and very appreciative of your guys efforts to get us back on the road. You guys deserve a 9 which gives you something to work to."
