"I seem to have issues at times when I come in for service. I was there this week and it took all day for an oil change. I was explained at the end of the day that you have difficultly becasue the bolt was stripped. When I cn in to pick up I asked for them to check becasue I thought that my poil was changed there last asn was it a problem them? He check and that was the case so the part is going to be ordered for the next time I have an oild change. That is ok. I ask for the ash tray lid to be looked at and the next morning I found that still sitting on the seat when I left it. I also asked about the floor mat, at this time I have not checked that. It makes changes in my day when I bring in my car and it not fun when you have to bring it back for the same thing especially if it is something simple. I also left amessage yesterday about the ash tray and never received a return call"
