If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"Car was barely running. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me thoroughly, did further tests to determine if it was worth fixing. It was. They got the correct parts according to the supplier and a dealer, but found that for some reason, the car was made with not-by-the-book OEM parts! Go figure. They worked it out and got the car back to running great! Got it back to me the next day after I dropped it off as they said they would."
