"I was referred by friend to Town and Country Auto Repair when I couldn't get an estimate for my car problem. I was amazed how quickly and accurate they diagnose the problem. Will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family."

"I am very happy that I chose AAC for my car repair needs. They are always available when I call and allow you to bring your car in on the same day without any appointment. I needed to fix my rear break light and fog light and they diagnosed the issue fairly quickly within the hour. They informed me of the pieces that were required and the prices before they ordered or replaced them. They always perform a courtesy check in which they found several issues with my car - and even listed them in terms of priority. When I went to Monroe previously they also did a courtesy check but didn't find ANY of the issues that AAC did. That's how I knew AAC was detail oriented. With every issue they found they explained how it affects my car and how urgent it was to fix (I got rough estimates as well). When I went back to fix one issue they made sure to call me with any updates (time to repair, parts prices, if any new issue came up, etc.). While doing the repair they found something that was cracked and asked if I wanted to replace it - they didn't charge me for labor for the extra part since they had been working on my car all day and I had a lot of things repaired that day! The only con I have about them is that they do have a limited space and a small group of workers so they can only work on two cars at a time. However, they make sure to double check their work. Each car has to be inspected by their boss before it is considered "done" so I appreciate their accuracy. I believe the owner is an instructor at Columbus State (or was in the past) so they are in deed experts. I just have great things to say about them. At the end you get a report of what was worked on and any future repairs you should make so you know the progress of your car. Other places weren't so accurate with the diagnosis like AAC was."

"Auto mechanics are scary to me because I don't understand a lot about cars. I would never know if I am getting a good deal or not and I feel like mechanics could easily take advantage of my lack of knowledge (tell me I need certain things done to my car when I really don't just so they could charge me more money). Every time I have been into Rick and Ray's, I feel that I was always given an honest answer to my car problems and they really tried to give me the best deal possible for my money. If I had any questions, they seemed more than happy to try and answer any of them. Their customer service is fantastic and I will always be going back to them for any auto issues I have."
