"I would say I am very pleased with the quality of work. Stan's alerts me to needed repair, but does not mention an extra needed repair every time I have my car serviced (as some shops do). If it is some minor problem, like a windshield wiper, lamp, etc., Stan's reception personnel will often repair it right then and there -- much appreciated."

"These guys are awesome. This is the only auto shop I have ever been to that I don't feel like I'm being overcharged or being hounded to purchase unnecessary services. My first visit there was for an oil change and my expierience was great. The staff is extremely personable and the shops decor is sweet. I've since returned and had a major oill leak repaired with no complaints and I just recently scheduled to have a diagnostic check done on my second vehicle. I feel 100% confident in this shop and it's employees. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality auto care."

"Shop does good work, but tries to sell as many services as possible. Sometimes, it is hard to know which service item is necessary to get your car running again, and which is just preventative maintenance. For example when engine is misfiring and spark plugs are over 100 thousand miles old and no longer gapped correctly, is it necessary to clean the injectors and the intake, or replace plugs and wires? Doing both ensures fix will take, but cost a lot more. This shop will always want to do both. It also provided a laundry list of preventative items, but in this case these other items were clearly preventative. Can't fault someone for being in business to make money, but an uninformed person might buy more than they need."

"Great quality of work and excellent customer service. I recently purchased my 16 year old son a used Volkswagen Jetta that needed some substantial work based on the fact that I could rely on S & S to bring the car back to life. The repairs included Transmission Valve Body, major tune up, trans service, belts, hoses, injectors, suspension, alignment, and interior replacement parts. Scott and Sam are awesome and so is the car."
