"I appreciate how forthcoming, honest, and dependable the people at Alternative Auto are. I always feel absolutely certain they are doing a good job for a good price, and I'd rather take my car/s there for work than anywhere else in Columbus. They will itemize different costs across a job and suggest ways for prioritizing work across multiple visits to make repairs and maintenance more affordable, as appropriate. I really can't say enough good things about this business and the people who work there."

"I can tell you that I received a through report and follow up call from Efrain. Work was performed promptly and at a reasonable cost. Both of these issues were of importance,.... as I don't own the vehicle (yet!!) and need a pre-purchase inspection. BTW -- the current owner was also pleased that the performance by the shop was as promised since he had to drive it up and back. He also didn't disagree with the findings. And with speaking with Efrain before hand -- I knew what to expect, and when to have the results. Very professional service from your shop.
