"First time here. Brought 2005 Altima 95K miles for minor bodywork, routine maintenance, and diagnosis of 2 "weird noises". Their written & verbal communicaiton was excellent. Pricing very reasonable. Given multiple options for bodywork using aftermarket parts, etc. Maintenance work in line or some even cheaper than Jiffy Lube, and obviously better quality. Car had to go back for a minor issue resulting from maintenance, and both times work was done in very timely fashion. My only disappointment was the diagnosis of the sounds. 1 really did disappear when I took car in 1st time (only to reappear when picking up 2nd time!), so not their fault. But the other is quite obvious & still there. A little disappointing to spend $ on the car & have neither issue resolved. I would strongly recommend insisting upon showing/test driving with the tech if you have a "mystery noise" you want them to diagnose."

"I trust Ron's Automotive with keeping my 2004 WRX in tip top mechanical shape. I purchased this car used and apparently it had led a rough life. I have had Ron's do several things including changing the timing belt and water pump, rear axle bearing. I trust Ron's to fix the problem correctly and completely. I like their 50,000 mile warranty. I would recommend them to any of my friends."

"I was in auto repair for 10 years back in the day. I don't trust places like Jiffy Lube and dealers. I worked at both. They push you to get as many cars done as possible in return they miss things like luges nuts not tighten and not checking break pads so the routers don't need replacing the next time in. In a private owner operated garage the repairs are made as well as a overlook at the entire drive train, breaking system and engine so you know ahead of time what needs service before you are broke down on the side of the road. Today people keep their cars longer so maintaining regular servicing is a lot cheaper than not."
