"I had a lot of work done on my 2003 Jeep recently and the service they provided was great! I haven't had any further issues with my Jeep so far. They are a little bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. They are very thorough, deliver prompt service and are always professional. Sam does an excellent job of explaining everything and answering all my questions. She educates you on whatever repairs need to be made so you can make an informed decision on whether you should go forward with the work or not. They are always courteous and I have never felt sales pressure nor received any scare tactics to try to get me to get any work done. I love the detailed invoices they provide too. If you are looking for an auto repair shop with integrity, Godfrey Auto is the place to go."

"Rex and the entire team at Heritage Auto get all 5 stars but they deserve 10. My vehicle required a major repair which was going to be expensive and time consuming. Rex had the team take a second look to make sure nothing was on the estimate that wasn't immediately necessary. As a result, I saved time and money. Honestly, from the moment I made the appt. to when I picked up my car, I was treated with kindness and consideration. "As you seem to increase in business each year I think a second location or a location with double the work space and staff should be thought about within the next 10 years. The only downside to a 2nd location is that you might lose that family "vibe" which Leisa and I think is a huge advantage."

"That they take advantage of the elderly and rip them off, then send them on there way in an unsafe vehicle. Then you try to get an explanation of why they did not correctly repair the vehicle and they avoid you. I will never allow my family to use them again and I will strongly advise others to avoid them. Considering I grew up here all my life - I know a lot of folks. I just wanted an reasonable explanation and they were too sorry to even acknowledge me."
