Service was prompt and courteous. Got a ride home by Z , another of Ron's professional staff. Service was completed and the charges were less than I have experienced at the "quicky" oil change stores. What I received from Ron's that I would not have gotten from them was a complete listing of the areas that had been inspected, and what, when and how this maintenance should be completed --- all without any pressure. Just their professional opinion, which is greatly appreciated. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, -- "I'll be back!"."

The service manager called me 4-5 times to keep me updated as to what the mechanics were finding and giving me information and allowing me to make informed choices all along the process. He coordinated with another shop (for tires) and make the entire process so easy for me, so I could pick up my car at Joe's and not have to arrange things between the two shops: it was done for me. Service was incredibly fast, excellent, coordinated, and I was treated as a partner -- with respect. Best service I have ever received from anyone."
