If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Very knowledgeable staff. Good communication. Price ended up being more than quoted as I guess my starter went out while it was there. Also, my drivers seat was dirty with oil stains from technicians and wasn't cleaned after service. For as much money as I spent there, little details like that make a big difference."

"Very impressed with the customer service and skills the technicians have. I will not be going to any other shop from now on. I had work done on my exhaust at another shop 3 months ago and because they hadn't done it correctly the first time it fell apart. Pro Automotive did the same job (correctly) for $125 less. They take pride in their work and value their customers and it definitely shows! You will not be disappointed for bringing your vehicle to this shop!"

"My experience with Heritage auto repair is as follows... I recently purchased a used Audi A4 with 200,000 miles on it, for my daughter as a graduation present. I know what your thinking but I purchased the car for a reasonable price, and I was hoping I could get all the repairs completed on this vehicle and still stay within my budget. She really wanted an an Audi, and so the one that I found on CL ran and drove reasonably well, although it did need "extensive" repair work. The biggest issue was that the timing belt/tensioner was overdue for replacement and the brakes were horrible but the vehicle had a multitude of other "issues". The sun roof would not close, two windows would not roll up, the door lock on drivers door would not lock, and the fuel gauge was inoperable to name a few. When I first talked to Rex about my car I was primarily concerned about the engine and the brakes. I told Rex exactly what I wanted done, and he was kind enough to give me an accurate competitive bid over the phone. He also said that they would perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and let me know about any other issues it had that needed attention. The tech who worked on my car was Jeff, and I must say that he is a real professional who was also very personable and knowledgeable about these German cars. Heritage/Rex was willing to work with me to find affordable solutions for making this car road ready and safe for my daughter to drive, and I was very pleased with both their customer service and their level of expertise. I would recommend Heritage to anyone I know that needs a solution to their car repair dilemma, and was impressed with the aptitude and the follow through that I experienced."
