"Extremely friendly, Courteous, Professional and Knowledgeable. I was new to the area, just moving here from Texas. The repairs were essentially to replace the entire suspension system, tie rods, ball joints, Wheel bearing, shocks etc. in addition the brake rotors, calipers w/hoses all the way around, alignment and 2 new tires. Constantly keeping me in the loop with cost and timeline for approval. This took more than one day so Jay and Liz the folks at Richmond Hill Auto Care, who worked with me and took care of me by furnishing me a vehicle to drive as I pleased for the few days free of charge without my requesting, (never even occurred to me in this day and time they would do so). When I received my Truck ( F350 ) back it was cleaned inside/out and Chrome wheels shinning. The one Chrome wheel was coated in rust from the worn out brake caliper. I totally did not expect that extra service! The Truck handled like brand new (333,000 Miles) and looked great. Hats off to the Owner Jay and all the friendly knowledgeable Staff. Service like it should and used to be in the "Good Ol' Days" ! Saved me from the wanting to go out buy a new vehicle! Also special thanks to Aaron one of the mechanics providing top notch service on my truck. Believe me I am pretty critical when it comes to service so I am extremely pleased and impressed with this group at Richmond Hill Auto Care.
