"Thank you for repairing our Ford Excursion and getting it road ready for our trip to No. Carolina. It's such a relief to know you found and fixed problems we didn't even know about! A special thank you to the crew who found a bird nest in our trailer hitch! After your call I drove to the shop and picked up the birds (safely placed in a box in their nest thank you ) and brought them home. Happily Mama bird found her babies in the hanging flower pot within 15 minutes! The babies all lived and have since left the nest. At Perry's Automotive you don't just repair automobiles you rescue and save baby wildlife! Aimee kept us up to date with repair issues and quotes and was always sweet and professional. "Very friendly and professional people. Was the only repair shop that knew how to fix my problem, after searching around for other places that could work on a Jeep Wrangler. Got me a used part, which saved me a lot of money for the part, but the labor was higher than I expected, but for what they had to fix, I guess it was reasonable. Got my Safety Inspection done too. So that was convenient that they repaired my vehicle to pass inspection, and I didn't have to take it somewhere else! DOT was about a mile down the road, so I got everything done, repair, safety, and registration."

We got the good news (replaced leaking coolant overflow tank under warranty) and the bad news (sorry, the transmission problem is INSIDE the transmission). They concurred with the decision to NOT fix the transmission| it's time for a new car.Their honesty about our cars' service needs sure beats that of the the usual auto service place!"
