"I was delighted to have stumbled onto Eastside Bavarian, since I was looking around for another BMW shop. Of the two I had used, one was too far away and the other was very poor in the arena of customer service. Eastside Bavarian is on my drive into work, so their location is perfect; I couldn't wait to experience their shop. They also have an alliance with the Hertz rental store next door, which makes getting a quality car while yours is in the shop nearly effortless.
Making an appointment over the phone was quick and easy. When I arrived for my car's service I was greeted like a VIP; I was frankly astonished by everyone's friendliness and zeal to present their services. Ryan and Ken introduced themselves like old friends, and when Jaime, the co-owner, happened by, they introduced him and he spent the time to tell me about his background, his shop and his philosophy. Altogether, a truly delightful introductory experience.
The annual inspection I had performed uncovered all of the problems I was already aware of, plus several that no other shop has ever pointed out. My car is a '93 740iL with 208,000 miles, so knowing all of its issues is very important to me to determine whether I will keep the car for a while more or replace it in the near term.
All in all, this was one of the most pleasant and rewarding mechanic experience I have ever had. I would unhesitatingly recommend Eastside Bavarian to anyone who values excellent service for their car at a fair and reasonable price."
