"Well to start I was having issues with my check engine light therefore it wouldn't pass smog. I took my expedition to Roy Fosters because they had great reviews and now I know why. Mike and the staff there kept me informed as to what there were doing and the cost. In the end my car passed and is running better than before. I would recommend Roy Fosters to anyone that ask. "I was referred to Alternative Auto Care by my boyfriend and was not disappointed. Heather was wonderful, as were Stacy and Jen the techs. They took care of me and my car, even though we had a few hiccups diagnosing the problem; I ended up needing to take my car back again the next week, and they were very accommadating and took the time to really make sure I understood what needed to be done now and why in order to drive safely. Heather also took the time to e-mail me a list in order along with cost estimates of the maintanence my car would need in the near future.
