"Found Convoy Auto Repair on the web. I asked them to fix my airconditiong. While they were doing this they noticed cooling system leaks and noted that timing belt required replacement. I had them do all the repairs and they did a fine job! They completed the work on time and for the price quoted with a discount. Very trustworthy, friendly and competent staff !"

"I love Frank's European Service! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their car. I go to the Henderson location and the area is very clean and comfortable (unlike most mechanics)...it feels like you're at a dealership. And looking at how nice the waiting area (and the rest of the facility for that matter) is, you'd think that they'd be expensive....but no! They quoted me a price to fix something on my Range Rover that was more than half of what another independent Rover mechanic in town wanted to charge me. Over $800 less! They are so courteous and professional too. And they wash your car too after the service is done. I recommend them to everyone I know."

"I have been a loyal customer of Franks for over 5 years. A good friend of mine from church recommended him highly to me. I have had two Mercedes and currently drive a BMW. He has taken good care of all my vehicles. I hate to admit that I am OCD and demand perfection from everyone. When it comes to car maintenance, I know next to nothing. Everyone in Frank's shop is friendly and knowledgeable. Most important, they are honest. Which is a good a thing since I know very little about car maintenance. I have never left Frank's with the feeling of being overcharged like I have in some of the more expensive dealerships. If you are tired of being treated like your shop is doing you a favor by allowing you to bring your vehicle to them, then I highly recommend that you take your car to Frank's. I always feel like a member of their family when I need service for my car."

"The work and customer service is excellent. My first experience with Garry's was to get a second opinion on work my old mechanic said needed to be done. Was told my front differentials needed repaired immediately and they recommended doing the rear as well to the tune of about $3500. Took it to Garry's and they drained some fluids and showed me the metal shavings showing there was a problem. They explained it was not an immediate concern and that I could continue driving and would know when they were past being usable. That was 5+ years ago and still haven't had problems. Plus they didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. They are not a convenient distance from my home but I always try and make it in once a year to them to get serviced. They do a full inspection and when they do find problems they are very honest about what I should take care of immediately and what can wait. I take my vehicles here for any major problems and the prices seem very reasonable. I've always been skeptical trusting mechanics but I trust these folks. Feel very fortunate to have found them."

"First and most important to me is I felt like they were honest. There's a lot of shops around town that aren't. I had an appointment to get an estimate for a tune up and they could have told me that I needed a tune up and a 100 other things. Instead they told me that the plugs looked good the wires looked good everything looked good. The only thing they told me was that my trany fluid was pretty dark and could probably use a service. I'm glad they did even though I already knew it. It just further shows their honesty. I will definitely be using them for my mechanic in the future."
