"My wives minivan engine light on, I made an appointment with Darren at Briggs Firestone for 8am as I thought I needed extra time for the work to be done, because I was advised months before that we also needed rear brakes done. After checking the engine light they said I needed a part for the problem and would be ordering it and will do the brakes while waiting for the part to arrive. After checking the brakes Darren came in and apologized and said my brakes were in tolerance and not needed to do, but my power steering fluid was turning a darker color after 81,000 miles and should be flushed so I said do that instead of the brakes. Yes I was there most of the day waiting for the part to arrive for the engine but all was taken care of and they even bought me lunch ! Now that's service and concern."
