Now THAT is superior service! The waiting area and facilities were immaculate. The service work was more than satisfactory. And I really appeciated the extra touches like the ride home, and offer of pick-up; the car being washed before I picked it up; and the cold bottle of water with a "thank you" attached. "When his car broke down on the interstate my 25 years old son, who lives in Colorado, was stranded in Seattle; with his car stranded in North Bend, WA, where it had been towed. A repair facility there charged him $705.05 for a new timing belt and missed the fact that the engine was not repairable since a connecting rod had gone through the block. A local car dealer in Belleview referred me to LBR, and after talking with Harry over the phone I decided to have the car towed the 30, or so, miles in to them. I am SO GLAD I DID!!! They found a used but reliable engine. They had it shipped quickly and installed it quickly and properly so my son could drive home to Colorado with minimum additional delay. Since the auto repair shop in North Bend refused to give us a refund, I had to file a claim with my bank. The documentation that Harry and LBR provided me allowed my son to win his claim (in full). My son lives in Colorado. I live in New Jersey. In other words, we are not locals. LBR's service excelled for US because that's what they do. If you are looking for a cheap, inexpensive "grease monkey," then this business probably won't make you happy but if you are looking for auto repair PROFESSIONALY AND CORRECTLY DONE THE FIRST AND EVERY TIME, then LBR will make you smile and keep you coming back.
