"My check engine light came on - and of course the manual didn't give any advice other than ""service engine"". There weren't any noises, rattles or anything I could determine could possibly be the problem. Reluctantly I stopped into Honest-1 to see what the warning light meant. Within 20 min they were able to set my mind at ease. Apparently it was a bad gas cap. Only a $20.00 part. Within another 15 min they had me out the door. I was fully prepared to be told I have at least $1000. worth of some expensive german car part, that had to be replaced or my car would most certainly have problems. I was relieved to learn that in less than an hour AND less than $100 my car was fixed. I feel like Honest-1 was exactly that - HONEST! The service manager was awesome! He put everything in terms I could understand, and made me feel educated about my cars needs. I left with an estimate for optional service / maintinance on a schedule and price I can afford. Thank you John and your team for taking the time. I will be back!"

"This is my second time having my car evaluated and repaired by Frank's European Service. Each experience was a very positive one. They are very friendly, professional and accommodating. Each time they were able to give me a ride to work. In addition, they were able to repair my BMW X-3 the same day I dropped it off. On top of everything else, they are very reasonable on their prices. If they quote you a price, and then the price goes up, they honored the quoted price. I highly recommend this shop for repairing all vehicles. They repair technicians/service technicians are highly qualified. On top of that, they can explain the required repairs and the recommended repairs in a verbal manner that anyone can understand."
