"I will never give a business five stars because I am a believer in constant improvement. When I get five stars on any professional evaluations , I personally think its bullshit since I know I can be better and get better. That all being said, this place is FANTASTIC! Took my 2009 535 to get the control arm bushings replaced. Came in about $400.00 less then the dealership. I felt like gary and chris gave me adequate customer service and they were helpful figuring out some other engine enhancements for my car. The techs were all super kool and helpful.I went back in a week latter for an engine light. Gary hooked up gave me a report and sent me on my way without stressing me for a fee. Try that at a BMW Delarship, they'll take an easy 100.00 out your pocket just to tell you nothing is wrong. I am a DIY type of guy when it comes to my car but when it needs to go up on the rack these guyz get my biz hands down.My last comment: I usually get treated like shit at the dealership, they are pretty stuck up there. But at German Auto Spots, I feel like I am being treated by "folks" who get it and get me. I highly reccomend the shop, like any where make sure you have a quote before you leave so you dont complain about things latter.Ohhh, one last thing to say. My car started to misfire, indicative of needing to change your sparkplugs. Chris and Gary were both helpful in giving me the information and tools to change them on my own. They didn't try to sell me on the service and actually talked me into doing the job on my own. This just goes to show you how much you can trust these guyz. They will also refer you to website for aftermarket parts so you can shop at your own leisure and get the items you want and they will install.I look forward to taking the all of our families BMWs and recommended them to friends and family."

"I just think that the cost of the troubleshooting could come down some. When I came there to get the Mitsu fixed, Advance Auto Parts did a diagnostic test FOR FREE and told me the problem before I took it to you. Rte 59 charged me (I believe) $110.00 for the same answer. Now, I could understand if that was rolled into the cost of the job, but that is in addition to the job. You have a good business and I will continue to come back but I know now, every time I bring it to you it will cost me at least $100.00 which really hurts in this economy."

Usually I drop my auto off in the morning and pick it up after work however this week I stayed while my oil change was being done. The service was performed exactly on time and was done in no time.
