"They were great at communicating with me what was going on as they found it. I had my car in for its 150k major service and we ended up finding some brake issues. My only problem was things took longer then they originally said and I was under a time crunch. These things happen with cars. I would rather have good work then fast bad work, but I got my car back about an hour later then told and I needed to be across the conejo valley for a meeting I was running. No complaint on automotive, just can't give a perfect rating due to the customer service hic-up"

"The Gentlemen at Heritage Auto Repair were extremely helpful. I have a 1979 Porsche 924 and the window slid off the track and down into the door. After an initial look over the gentleman at the front desk called me up and let me know he had found the part on Ebay. He informed me it would be cheaper for me to buy it my self and send in to the shop. He could have bought the part himself and charged me the standard rate of about triple the price of the part on Ebay. He put customers before profit and I appreciate this so much. And with the military discount I received I will be using Heritage exclusively in the future."

Tuesday morning I got on the highway and my break light came on. Only for me to get off and notice that I needed break fluid. I pray that the other things that were to be checked were checked."

"This is hard to say. My wife went in and got a timing belt. about 1200 dollars. Great job except I had the timing belt changed before this. I know she got the same talk about miles and need a new car if it breaks like I did and took the advice of the shop. I can not tell her as she knows that every dime to us is key to our savings now that we are in our 60's and the pain of this loss would be hard on her. But I thought you guys should know. So lets keep this between us so no more damage is done. thank you"

"I recommend you regularly. I had new tires installed today and thought you might have washed the wheels and tires. I cost of the install was less than what I expected. I'd suggest you charge a few dollars more and wash the wheels before you put them back on the car."
