"My van needed a tune up and when I picked it up I noticed on the bill that the oil did not get changed which it also needed. I asked why and I was told I didn't ask for it to be done and that they could get it done for me and I said its to late I need my vehicle now. When i got home later on I looked at the bill again and at the very bottom it recommended oil change,filter and it had my mileage and it was obvious that it needed to be done .I don't no why this was missed when things are on file. I was never asked about an oil change and I would have had them do it. I ended up taking it to someone else later on because I was disappointed with this situation. I love Heritage because they do good work and I never have an issue with them.I will continue to use Heritage Auto for all 3 of my cars. I rated it 4 stars because of this error"

From the moment I first walked in Mr. Ryan Boswell and company were absolutely fantastic, he was honest, upfront, and made me feel like I had been a customer all my life. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for service after receiving such good care. I have never received such personalized treatment from an autocare facility before from easy drop-off, emails, pictures of my car’s issues, kind friend technicians have made me a return customer for a very long time.
