"We used to go to T&C through the Nineties for repairs, but bought 2 Subarus (2001 and 2002) and got the Subaru MC which gave back 3% in "Subaru Bucks". Those "bucks" we used for repairs, but there were never many of them on these cars. (We do our own basic maintenance.) Chase just discontinued those cards, but we are glad T&C is there."

"I have been to LBR twice now with two different cars. My girlfriend has also brought her car for an oil change. Every time I have worked with Harry who is extremely personable and genuine. I immediately am put at ease that this is not a mechanic that will try to squeeze every penny from me. Every time I go, there are never hidden fees, the quality of the work is excellent, and I don't have to endure unreasonable wait times. The shuttle service is very helpful and allows me to fit car repairs into my daily schedule. I highly recommend this business and I will be returning. I will even make the drive if I move a little further away."

"Really appreciate the attention you guys gave to some repairs to the Nissan we were fixing up to give to our daughter. It needed some unusual stuff--mechanical and other--and you worked with us to make sure we had the right parts on order and saved us some money by repairing vs. replacing some items. And then when we were ready to transfer title we had forgot to smog the car, no worries you folks at Convoy said stop by we'll smog it. thanks very much! Steve & Tana Purcell"

"My dad owned a body shop (collision center) when I was growing up -- quality work and customer satisfaction were the hallmarks of his business. Quality work meant the best -- work you would want done on your family's vehicles, something you would be happy to sign your name to. Matt and his team exemplify those same high standards! Communicating reminders and care car tips on top of the "special offers" really encourages good vehicle maintenance practices."

"You guys do a good job and I like the e-mails with the "before" pictures of the repairs. I do believe though that the diagnostic fee is a bit high at $150, but I have not been to another shop lately so that may just be the going rate. I had brought my daughter's car in due to the check engine light being on, so of course, they needed to check it out to find the issue. It was determined that the spark plugs needed to be replaced. That's fine, but do you have to use the highest dollar spark plug on the market? I was changed right around $65 for four spark plugs. Sure they are the Iridium kind and probably give the best performance, but this is a 10 year old Cavalier. I don't need top performance from it. The $20 set would have been just fine. There should be a choice as to what level of plugs we want to have installed. Also, it doesn't seem like it should take $100 of labor just to put in 4 spark plugs. So, for $340, I found out what all is wrong with the car and got 4 new spark plugs."
